I got to run Ian's very first 5K with him today!

| We were all smiles at the starting line! |

| There was a little bit of walking and some grouchy faces in the middle of the race! |

| After the race, Ian said, "The worst decision I have ever made . . . in my whole life . . . was running this race!" |

| After I checked him out of school for the rest of the day, Ian was all smiles. Plus he beat his old mom to the finish line. Now that's something to smile about! 33:58. P.S. I couldn't be prouder. Ian has never run more than a mile at a time in all of his 13 years. He is awesome! |
